Check your street
The Marin King Tide Outlook shows which low-lying streets in Corte Madera, Larkspur, Greenbrae and east San Rafael are likely to flood on the next high tides. It covers 246 streets, each checked against its own flood lines, which come from lidar and, where available, resident photos.
This fall’s El Niño is raising sea level along the coast above what the standard tide tables predict, so a tide that would normally stay in the channel can reach the street. The outlook adds that measured anomaly to NOAA’s predictions instead of relying on the tide table alone.
Storm surge isn’t included, so a storm on a flood-tide day adds more water. Beyond about two weeks, treat the outlook as a rough guide, because the anomaly can grow or fade.

Two pre-registered studies of 106 firms and 285 AI mentions, testing whether a structural AI visibility score predicts who assistants recommend. It didn’t. Company size did.
